Privacy Policy

This policy explains what ABR Academy (“ABR”, “we”) collects when you use abr-academy.com, the SEO Studio web tools at abr-academy.com/seo-tools, and the SEO Studio browser extension, and what we do with it. We collect as little as we can and we never sell personal data.

Enquiry and enrolment forms
When you send an enquiry we store what you type: your name, email, phone (optional), the service or course you are interested in, a budget range (optional) and your message. We use it only to reply to you and to plan your project or course. Enquiries are kept in our website admin and deleted on request.
SEO Studio accounts
- Account details: your email address, name and a securely hashed password (we cannot read your password).
- Your licence key, plan and subscription status.
- Usage counts (for example, page fetches per day) and the audits you choose to save.
- Security logs: sign-in times and IP addresses, used to prevent abuse and rate-limit requests.
Pages you ask the web tools to analyse are fetched by our server and the results are shown to you. They are stored only if you save an audit.
Payments
PRO subscriptions are processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your card or bank details; we receive only the payment and subscription status.
SEO Studio browser extension
- Page analysis runs inside your browser. The pages you analyse are not sent to us.
- The extension creates a random installation ID so a licence can be limited to one browser. It contains no personal information.
- If you activate PRO, the extension sends your licence key and that installation ID to our server to verify the licence.
- Competitor pages you enter are fetched directly by your browser.
Google Search Console data
SEO Studio’s Search performance tool can connect to your Google Search Console account, but only if you choose to connect it.
- We ask Google for read-only access (scope
webmasters.readonly). SEO Studio cannot change your Search Console settings, submit pages or see anything else in your Google account. - We use this data only to show you search performance reports for the sites your Google account can access: queries, pages, clicks, impressions, click-through rate and positions.
- We store an encrypted Google refresh token for your account, and keep a copy of each report for up to 3 hours so repeat views load faster.
- We do not sell this data, use it for advertising, share it with third parties or use it to train AI models. Our staff do not read it except to fix a problem you report.
- You can disconnect at any time in SEO Studio. This deletes the token and saved reports and revokes access at Google. You can also remove access at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
ABR SEO Studio’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Cookies and local storage
We use a sign-in cookie for SEO Studio accounts, and browser local storage for preferences such as the sites you last entered in the tools. If we enable analytics (for example Google Analytics or Search Console via Site Kit), it collects anonymous usage statistics under Google’s privacy policy.
Sharing
We share data only with the services needed to run the site: our hosting provider, Razorpay for payments, and an email provider for messages we send you. We may disclose data if the law requires it.
How long we keep data
Enquiries and accounts are kept while they are useful to you or until you ask us to delete them. Security logs are kept for a limited period. Saved audits are deleted with your account.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent, by writing to contact@abr-academy.com. We reply within 30 days. These rights include those under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
